A quick guide to Mechux
Here's how the Mechux app connects car owners and mechanics on demand, step by step. Keep scrolling — each step lights up as it comes into focus.
Getting started
The car owner opens Mechux, describes the problem or picks a service, and enters their location. Nearby verified mechanics show up with ratings and prices up front.
Matching car owner and mechanic
A nearby verified mechanic accepts the job. The car owner is notified as the mechanic confirms and heads over, or as a drop-off is scheduled.
Confirming the job
The mechanic and car owner confirm the vehicle, the scope of work, and the agreed price before anything is touched — no surprises once the job is done.
Doing the work
The mechanic gets to work. The car owner can track job status in the app, from diagnosis through to the repair being finished.
Paying and rating
Once the job's done, payment goes through the app and both sides leave a rating. Good work means more work — that's what keeps mechanics accountable.
